Pittsburg State University
was founded in 1903 and was called as Kansas State College of Pittsburg .In
1977 it was renamed as Pittsburg State University. It Is a State University.
According to US News & World Report Pitt State is ranked #87 among Best
Midwestern Universities - Master's category.

located in Southeast corner of Kansas.It is just 2 hours from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Kansas City and Springfield.
